It All Began When He Was 12 …
Robert is the grandson of Aaron Scheinfeld, Founder and original Chairman of Manpower Inc., the world’s largest temporary help service. Manpower is a Fortune 150 company with sales in excess of $20 billion a year.
When Robert was just 12, Aaron began chatting with him about a very unusual personal and spiritual development philosophy he claimed was the secret to all his success, personal and business achievements. It centered around what Aaron called “tapping rare power sources in the invisible world.” But Aaron passed away shortly after those chats with Robert began.
That left Robert with a gigantic mystery to solve and something of an obsession to solve it. What were the invisible forces? How and why were they so different from the other “invisible forces” typically discussed? How did you access them? How did it all work? On and on.
Along the way, Robert became a master of applying cutting edge sales and marketing strategies and has had in-the-trenches experience of creating profitable multi-million dollar businesses (on and off the Internet).
He helped grow Blue Ocean Software from $1 million to $44 million in less than four years, resulting in the company being named three times to the Inc. Magazine Inc. 500 list. That tremendous growth, accompanied by outrageous profitability, led to Blue Ocean being acquired by software giant Intuit for $177 million.
He also played a key role in growing a computer store franchise company called Connecting Point of America from $90 million to $350 million in sales. In addition, the marketing model and system Robert created has been used to pack the room at Tony Robbins multi-media seminars.
Big Successes In The Traditional Sense, But …
On his journey, Robert created many big successes in the traditional sense, but they did not provide the True Success he sought.
Why? Because he’d create a big financial success, then lose everything, create another big financial success, then lose everything again — all against a backdrop of consistently feeling stressed out, angry, exhausted, confused, not being able to enjoy anything (including the big successes), and being alone or in relationships that were difficult and painful.
“There’s obviously something I’m missing,” he said to himself. “And I’ve got to find out what it is so I can stop these recurring patterns. I cannot keep doing this!”
His feelings of frustration with the recurring patterns were intensified when he got married and had kids — and he knew his family would suffer if he crashed and burned again.
The Missing Pieces Of The Puzzle …
All told, Robert spent spent 33 years on what he calls “The Treasure Hunt of the Century” in search of answers to the questions his grandfather set swirling in his mind — and to transform his own up-down-up-down, limiting, restricting, and painful patterns.
“My quest was very much like assembling a jigsaw puzzle,” he says. “As I searched, studied, and experimented, I got a piece here, a piece there, and I collected them. At first they didn’t look like much, but over time I was able to link many pieces together, and the picture got clearer and clearer, until one day, all the pieces assembled themselves magically into a Big Picture that changed every aspect of my life forever. I call that Big Picture and the Consciousness Expansion tools that are part of it, ‘The Busting Loose Model.’”

Like countless others out there, I was searching for truth and meaning, and happily gobbling up every spiritual teaching I could find, including Robert’s. All had something to offer, and all impacted my “human” experience in some way. But when my bliss began to fade, and a persistent feeling of slipping backward or losing all that I thought I’d gained began to overshadow my everyday life, I decided to sign up for Robert’s Being in Truth course. All the energy I used to spend on worrying, anxiety, frustration, anger is now joy. Think about how your life would change if you converted all the unwanted emotions you have to joy. I feel I’m walking on clouds and every day is amazing. Life is pure exhilaration.

I decided to ask ABRAHAM, (from THE SECRET) through Esther Hicks if they felt it was right for me and was informed that Robert’s work was what was next for me on my journey. Seeing as how I’d been working with them for over 10 years and they never steered me wrong, I went for it.
This has been the most exhilarating journey I’ve ever taken; and in the world of Spirituality…I’ve taken quite a few. So I would suggest that you not spend a lot of time trying to compare it with other methods of reaching a realization of WHO YOU REALLY ARE. It would be a waste of your time. Also? There is WORK involved. This is NOT for sissies as I am wont to say from time to time. Working your way through all the ILLUSIONS you’ve created to hide your TRUE essence takes: Time, Commitment, Patience, Willingness and Trust.

While I would hardly deem myself to be highly evolved, thanks to Robert I have the tools to navigate through life–so elusive to me decade after decade as I lived in fear–fear of disapproval, trying to please, looking for solutions or understanding to how the universe worked, squandering my youth, sexuality, finances, joy, talent, career, etc,. etc. in the process.
Much of the above no longer holds true. Now I know when my mind is off and running and going around and around with stories about people, and things; mostly, and it’s still a continuing curve, I recognize what ‘s going on inside. And what those buzzwords–feelings, emotions, sensations, the ego– so casually thrown around by those self-improvement pundits–point to. I’ve acquired the mechanisms to notice and possibly enjoy them all.
One caution: This work is not for the weak. To follow Robert takes commitment, and as in my case, an almost insatiable despair: a) To know what happened in my life, and b) In this lifetime on earth, to come to know my Truth.
Robert has sent me on my way. I remain forever grateful.

Many teachers help people, but few open the opportunity to see the world in a new way. I’ve been around the spiritual block. Enlightenment wasn’t the draw for me.
What I needed was a break, some fun, a positive vibe that might lift my spirits and possibly leave me with fewer judgments than when I started. Imagine my surprise. Being In Truth seeped into my soul, like India ink on paper, indelibly marking itself upon me. There was no going back.
Reality dropped in, said, “I’m here,” and hasn’t left. My view of life has been irrevocably altered. I feel an appreciation for, well, everything. I can barely describe it, this acceptance of the world, inside and out as it is unfolding, that previously I would have thought impossible.
There is no going backwards, and I wouldn’t want to even if I could. My need or desire to figure things out has mostly dissolved, and so I move forward with a courage I never knew I had. All sorts of new and exciting things are on my horizon. Are they imperfect and challenging? You bet, and I love it. Thank you, Robert, for a new beginning.

Having come to the awareness and understanding of what Robert calls the “hide, seek and find again” journey, I’m able to now look back and See that there was a feedback dynamic which paralleled what I was experiencing in my own awareness and the corresponding teaching and support provided by the material covered in both the Masters Of Light and Being In Truth programs.
It’s as though Robert’s journey which in many ways preceded my own experience sort of paved the way and in many instances confirmed what I had already known or was just beginning to see.

Robert understands that the most effective way to teach is to point the student towards the light so to speak, and allow the individual to see the truth for themselves. In this sense he is like a guide who is providing the seeker with a map to an expanding territory we call “consciousness” while at the same time subtly reminding us that this is all an incredibly elaborate illusion created for the purpose of experiencing the infinite potential of what he calls “true creative essence.”

In the past I had experienced much “frustration” while reading books by spiritual teachers because they had more to do with where they are at spiritually than with how to get there. You have provided a very practical approach and it works. And the amount of support you offer is so important. I am in awe of the amount of times you have had to repeat yourself on conference calls and answering questions within the program. What has had the most importance for me regarding Robert Scheinfeld’s teachings is the practical application aspect. Over the years I have read hundreds of books written by spiritual teachers that never had any practical applications. They were always about what their beliefs and experiences were about and I have never been one for taking what someone else says as Truth just because they say it is. It always struck me as hollow. I must experience the Truth for myself. With Robert’s teachings this is what is possible. Because of this I have not had to look elsewhere since finding Robert’s teachings in 2008.
He delivers.
I had a great deal of doubt and skepticism at first as well as hundreds of questions. Robert, in one way or another, has answered these questions and most of the questions I have now get answered on their own. The expansion and transformation I have experienced has been radical.
Life is completely different for me and I am still transforming. It is everything I could have hoped for.
Robert’s teachings lead to the Truth. No false or hollow promises. He is very specific in his teachings. It is a step by step process. It does require commitment, waking up to the Truth does not happen overnight. It’s not easy, either. But it is greatly rewarding and worth it all. I no longer wonder what it’s all about because I now Know the Truth. I no longer live in fear of everything. Fear dissolves. For me its as though a curtain has been lifted and I can See what’s really going on behind the scenes. What life really is.
It is an amazing thing to live each day as it happens and just go with what I feel motivated to do rather then following an agenda or goal or to do list. No more desire to fix, change or improve any aspect of my life. It is what it is and it’s beautiful as it is. I highly recommend Robert’s teachings. They work.
