Expression of Appreciation
And What You'll Receive ...

The expression of appreciation for the 3 day event is $600, or, if it would be more supportive, you may make 4 equal monthly expressions of appreciation of $162.50. For your expression of appreciation, you'll receive:

• The Full 3 Day Experience of interacting with Robert and other Phase 2 Players from around the world -- giving support, offering support, playing and having fun -- as described by Robert in the audio and video above.
  
  
• Lunch buffet all 3 days
  
  
• Coffee, tea, and snack breaks all 3 days
  
  
• Welcome dinner banquet buffet on March 12th (7PM at the Chaminade Resort -- details to follow after you register and as they're finalized)

Location And Logistics ...

When:
March 13, 14, 15, 2010 (with the welcome banquet buffet the evening of March 12th)

Start And End Times:
9AM - 6PM most days for the main program sessions (but we create it all ourselves as we go along), and many groups form and hang out with each other in the evenings.

How To Get There:
If you're driving, simply use Mapquest or Google Maps or AAA or whatever your preferred route provider is.

If you're flying, you'll fly into either of two airports:  San Jose International Airport (Airport code SJC) or San Francisco International Airport  (Airport code SFO) and rent a car or hop on a shuttle to get to Santa Cruz. The commute is about 45 minutes from San Jose and the commute is about 1 hr 45 minutes from San Francisco. 

You can arrange with Chaminade for transportation to/from both airports through their on-site transportation coordinator.  Expressions of appreciation typically are $80 per person (each way) from San Jose and $120 per person (each way) from San Francisco, however special discounted group rates of $35.00 per person (each way) are available from San Jose International based on 4 or more attendees arriving and departing at coinciding times within the same airline terminal.  This can be arranged through the Transportation Co-ordinator at Chaminade. 

For those not staying at Chaminade, there are door to door shuttles (reservations required) available.  Approximate expression of appreciation from San Jose airport to Santa Cruz is $70 per person one way, from San Francisco airport to Santa Cruz is $110 per person one way plus gratuity.  Two good recommendations are Early Bird Airport Shuttle, (831) 462-3933, or Santa Cruz Shuttles, 831-426-4514.
